Will it arrive before Diwali?
It depends on where you are. We usually dispatch within 1 working day (not on Sundays or public holidays), and delivery takes 5–7 working days in metro cities and 7–10 elsewhere.
Can I send it straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address for delivery at checkout and pay online, so they don't pay anything on delivery. All three packs go to the same address.
How do I keep my dog calm during the crackers?
Walk early in the day, set up a quiet den with the windows shut, check the ID tag, and stay close on the loudest nights. Our Diwali night guide has the full plan.
How many pieces a day?
Serve as an occasional treat or training reward, always with fresh drinking water.
| Puppy (4 months+) | 1–2 pieces |
| Small (up to 11kg) | 1–2 pieces |
| Medium (12–25kg) | 2–3 pieces |
| Large (25kg+) | 4–5 pieces |
How do I store an open pack?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Move it to an airtight container after opening and finish it within 30 days.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery has a ₹50 fee, which is added at checkout. Pay online to skip the fee.
Is it suitable for puppies?
Yes, for dogs aged 4 months and above, all breeds. It's a treat, not a substitute for a complete diet.
Is it suitable for dogs with chicken allergies?
No. This product contains chicken breast, so it isn't suitable for dogs with chicken sensitivity.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If it arrives wrong, damaged or expired, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
