This Shipping Policy explains how FurrFinds processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website.

We aim to ensure every order of our premium chicken jerky treats reaches you safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.


2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner performance, and external conditions.

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to logistical constraints, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • Orders below ₹499 will be charged a flat ₹50 shipping fee

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.


4. DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently ship across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.


6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners typically make delivery attempts based on their internal policies. If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • Repeated missed delivery attempts

The order may be returned to origin or marked as undeliverable. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.


7. DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier network issues
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
  • Peak seasonal demand

FurrFinds is not responsible for such delays but will provide full support in tracking and resolution.


8. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your package arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • An unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the package and product
  • Order details

Eligible cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FurrFinds is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
