At FurrFinds, we are committed to delivering premium quality chicken jerky treats with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care. As our products are consumable pet food items, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
By placing an order with FurrFinds, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. NO RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
This policy ensures:
- Product hygiene and safety
- Tamper-free consumption for pets
- Quality assurance for all pet parents
2. ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
We only provide replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Inner product damaged, broken, or contaminated during transit
- Expired product delivered
No other reasons are eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
3. PROOF REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
To raise a claim, customers must provide valid proof:
- Continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Order details (order ID, name, and contact number)
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. CLAIM TIMELINE
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
5. RESOLUTION PROCESS
After verification of the claim, FurrFinds may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the product
- Refund to the original payment method
The final resolution is determined by FurrFinds after internal quality verification.
6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Minor outer packaging damage without product damage
- Pet does not like the product
- Incorrect usage or storage of the product
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners or external factors
7. RETURN PICKUP (IF REQUIRED)
In rare and verified cases, FurrFinds may arrange a pickup for product verification at no additional cost to the customer.
8. REFUND TIMELINE
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after approval
